Unveiling the Melodic Essence of Ishak: The Cursed Sword!

When I set out to find the perfect music for my game prototype, I had a clear goal in mind: something authentic, atmospheric, and effortlessly cool. And guess what? Destiny had a surprise in store for me—a connection from my kindergarten days.

Imagine this: memories of my childhood came rushing back, and there he was—Ruşen Can Acet, the guy who could create pure magic with the kemane, a traditional Turkish string instrument. We stayed in touch through Instagram, where he shared his mesmerizing compositions with the world.

I couldn't resist reaching out to him with a bold idea: collaborating on the music for my game. And here's the mind-blowing part—he was on tour and happened to be visiting Eindhoven, the city where I live. Talk about perfect timing!

We met up, and the sparks flew. We reminisced about the good old days, geeked out over music, and discussed how his melodies could breathe life into Ishak's world. The connection we shared, from our childhood friendship to this unexpected reunion, felt truly extraordinary.

Inspired by the grandeur of the Ottoman Empire and the mysterious allure of Byzantine influences, Ruşen poured his heart and soul into creating a captivating piece that perfectly captures the essence of Ishak: The Cursed Sword. It's an epic introduction to the prototype and a tantalizing glimpse of what lies ahead.

Sure, the prototype will take time to shape, but the sheer joy of collaborating with a childhood friend and an incredibly talented musician is beyond words. Together, we're embarking on a musical journey filled with endless possibilities.

I can't contain my excitement as I invite you to join us on this incredible adventure. Stay tuned for more updates as I delve deeper into the development process, sharing exciting insights along the way.

Thank you for being part of this electrifying journey,  my first development, where the magic of music and the thrill of gaming collide to create something very exciting.
